Not If You Were The Last Man On Earth
When you’re the last woman on earth, you’d think the dating game would be simple...
After a particularly virulent strain of flu wipes out the entire population of the UK, Lindsay is pretty sure that she’s the last woman in London. By now, the loneliness has worn off, and Lindsay has fashioned a highly practical, routine-based lifestyle for herself and her many, many cats.
As such, her discovery of fellow survivor, Brian, is something of a mixed-blessing - especially when she gets to know him better. And things get decidedly overcrowded when Lindsay’s ex-boyfriend Craig makes an unexpected return from overseas...
From the pen of acclaimed writer-director, Stephen Leslie (Flutter, I Was Catherine The Great’s Stable Boy) comes a characteristically high-concept comedy, which serves as the perfect vehicle for three up-and-coming comic actors.
Not If You Were The Last Man On Earth will be a co-Production with BAFTA-nominated production team Forward Films, whose most recent feature film Skeletons won the Michael Powell award for Best Film at the Edinburgh Film Festival in 2010. Their next film Grabbers, a Lovecraftian horror comedy, is currently in post-production.
