Ben & Jerry's 'Lighter Cows'

A light-hearted viral advert to promote Ben & Jerry's new range of Frozen Yoghurts - made from milk from 'lighter cows'.

Liam O'Connor again put his creative juices to work in developing the script for this viral with agency The Core, coming up with a Christopher Guest-influenced mockumentary about a loving farmer and his bizarre bovines.

The film was shot on location in Oxfordshire - where heavy snowfall meant that the shoot was postponed twice. The cows were filmed against green screen, no mean feat when you consider that the animals weigh upwards of 1000 pounds and aren't that easily persuaded to go where you want them to!

Back at Agile, Liam complete the compositing and post-production himself. The piece was well-received, garnering a nomination at the 2010 Rushes Soho Shorts Festival.
